I was born with art, as I remember myself I feel energies, things I couldn`t designate and term, things behind the stream of matherial things. From my childhood I tryed to understand what exactly is it, what it means. But there was no true words to explane, and no ways to show it. So I deducated more then 20 years to do it.  For such purposes I created my Inpainting technigue.

It was not easy to understand things I can`t even to name. I started with the question what is a sound and deducated 9 years for violin. Then I spent 1 year in medical colledge to learn human body, then it was mathematics in school. Next step it was 5 years in University to study physics of many branches, from atomic to quantum and many othes subjects (you can see the facts here http://annamain.org/site/facts/ ). Why  I did it? Because I desired to learn how the Universe works. Why I didn`t continue a physicist career? Because it was no true answers.

Then it was business, economy and Ph.D, also I stidyed psychology and religions. It was more details but not  the clear answer. All that time I used my intuition and painting, made sketches because it was the true way our subconsciousness shows the basic symbols. It was the hard period because every art technigue I used wasn`t ideal for the things I saw and wanted to show. Watercolours, oil on canvas, pastel, graphics - everything has strong limitations conditioned both by matherials and technigue. It wasn`t the art answer I desired, then I started to work more, tryed many matherials and instruments, also polished up my mind and my soul to support clear view and prevent myself from being crazy.  It means I made myself to use both right and left brains to make balance and to dip more in the Rio abajo Rio, World-under-Words.

It was hard, and I won.

Well, I`ve started 3 new paintings in my invented technigue ‘Inpainting".

I suspect all of it will be finished next week, also plan to start several next I prepared.  I want to do everything hatched by sketches and ideas during last several months in intensive temp before 9-10 of Febriary. So now it is reasonable to have a walk, special "ink" smells like turpentine so I need some fresh air to continue the work. The weather is cold about -10 degrees, Moscow have covered with deep snow and it will be dark in an hour.

Everyone has a subject feels important, serious, deep. One person considers a business is the most important part of the life, another prefers sex, third person choose children, family or religion; generally one thing for one person. I have another mind.

Everything important fuses into one integrative experience without words, more then sex, more then business and money, more than family, more then official religion`s separation. To feel genuine energies, to feel it behind proceses, behind concepts and limits, this is the ultimate thing. Everything we know in our life is the special case of general processes, energies, moving power. The breathing of Existence never stops, but in it`s deep centre it is in quiescency. I feel it as heaven opens and over clouds I feel rounding galaxies, stars and the power causes it.

This is no possibility to transmit it by ordinary words or sounds; only in poetry  or music without words.

This is no way to show it by traditional painting technigues so I made myself to invent a new technigue I calls "inpainting". Existance never stops, it is active. So I invent the active technigue of painting, in which the canvas itself breathes and takes part in creation as a partner.

It`s impossible to change any stroke or colour  in my ‘inpainting’ technigue. I did many experiments with canvas to found the true active fibre to my partner in art. Actually the fiber has a complex structure to suck in my colours and save it inside. It literary drinks the colours and you can`t  totally control it as an artist could control oil or another colours covers a passive canvas. With my new technigue the active canvas made every my act as the final the same way we can`t change our past. But I can predict how it will be and regulate the process the same way we can manage our risks.

As the result the colours of my arts not only covers the surface of canvas. As I feel the power flows through our bodies, through objects and space, even through time, my colours flows inside the canvas, conducted by fiber, concentrated inside.

I prefer denim like no others and spent some time to design several collections.

About 2 years I spent to modify the technigue to paint on shirts in order to keep the fabric more flexible, pleasant to use.

Lady and Gentlemen! Dear friends! Anna have the day out of work and get enough sleep the first time at that month! Oh my god! How small things could make us happy! So I want to introduce you my resent work:

It was the awful day, full of unprepared graduation works refered to me and students unready to prepare their graduation works by themselves. Than I fell myself so bad and had to recur to my art. Art and painting recover me from all situations, but I had no blanks for it… so I stole a white shirt of my brother Alex and did with it something you can see at the picture.

The technolagy to paint it I developed last september 2009 (the period I , did my  t-shirt collection, taught Mary Terechina and created the site www.ann-mary.com  ). It is hard to paint on fabrics bacause you can`t  controle the colors and water. Everything based on hight intuition and feeling of grains of fabric. The water and colors flows in differend ways depends on type of fabric,  direction of stratchin, nature of fabric etc. So the techigue needs a great experience of work with water colors, deep understanding the final idea and sense of the process. So that work is somethig like meditation and pure zen.

...But it`s enough of  philosophy! Tjis is my new design deducated to fishes. Why fishes I don`t remember; if I do I`ll tell you. Let`s see it .
 

Also I did several another designs I`ll show lated and created a funny cat-yoga pictures you can see later.

2009 has finished so i have to close my wish to paint 10 pictures with the result.
It was so many adventures suddenly happened, such as my visit to UK. As the result I did only 3 unfinished pictures in 2009 and have to recognize it as a not bad result. Promise to do more in curent 2010!
