Today - tonight I daresay - I have finished the main preparation to my new project. The universal, global Forum now is available on www.all-forum.org

Now we have opened the part in Russian, and the english-language will be in nearest future. If you ask me why I decide to build such new project I would answer: I want to create a place to many people could discuss many themes without borders.
