Today we have Climate Change which is a combination of normal changes in nature (such as Earth axis precession) and the results of human activity. A single person, even Dr.Evil, can`t create a big impact. Different persons too just because of lack of organization. But business is a targeted organized activity which becames more and more organized and so causes big impact to te world. Big side-effects too. Sometimes bigger then the results.

Human race is young, thinking in long run scale. We are just from cradle emotionally. Human mind is precious, creating from zero all of things surrounds us, includes such divine thing as Internet. One of the basic laws is it is working by target. A target catchs all of attention, make concentration and energy to gain. Concentration, super-concentration has own price: we can`t change the point of view easily and so can`t check the moment when price of side effects became too much.

I know it perfectly by myself. Being very target-oriented I can drop out all except the aim I am concenrating on. Create new approachs, ignore tideness. That`s why I succeed the results. it is good for short and long run. Side effects? Not good for the healts, right. My friends and especially my mom can extend the list of side effects more.

According to the Lifecycle model, side-effects is a normal part of development on the left wing, from Infancy to Adolescense. If we want to growth to the top, to Prime and Stable points, with all of it`s power, we should measure side-effects and refuse some of basics of the previous stages.

The same is with business in general. The base target shapes everything around and with time passing it becames really unhealthy in global scale. The point is targeting in business and method of measurement.

Let me to recite today article  "Wht is wrong with business schools?" by Dr.Ichak Adizes, one of the world experts in business.

"...To make profits, companies have to create needs so they can increase revenues. Just look at the variety of products being provided just in a supermarket. We promote meat consumption and never in the history of mankind has so much meat been consumed per capita. And what is the meat consumption doing to our environment? Do you know how much water and land use is necessary for one pound of cow meat? And how much pollution of our water resources the dairy business causes? 

The result is that companies are profitable while the environment is increasingly getting destroyed.  Our standard of living is going up while our quality of life is going down…"

Let`s think about it for a while. We have a goal - we gain it. All of history proves it.

It means, if we chenge the goal we will found ways to gain it too! It will be more productive and smart decisions then previous, with more intellectual values and more prospective.

So this is the right time to revise business models and create new formula of goals. Then our mind, so mighty, will generate decisions to gain it.

We, human beings, have a destiny to gain our aims. Proved. Just need to create new aim and then to start the process of calculatons thinking in new paradigm and new scale, global in planetary boundaries.
