Recently I realized that every place of my home connects with my projects. It means no empty place to found a rest, peace and it`s effective but not very good. Many painting things, science books and DVDs, yoga accessories, clothes, unclose cases take place around so where is a place for myself? Something must be empty to accept a new possibility in a mind, also to recover.   An I create it at my balcony. The main idea is to make a plece full of energy, with the best Feng Shui en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feng_shui and I want it to be very simple. Actually I want to make a special place to meditations and pranayama. I made the condition to use only matherials I have and buy no new things.

The best news was the orientation of my balcony from East to West directly which is great thing for morning and everning meditations and exercises. East means Sunrise, Green color, Spring and China; and I designed it with China painting and green silk. Beadrolls I use for Pranayama and meditations so it`s includes into the design.

West means Sunset, Orange colour and India. I decorated it with orange silk, wood figures and pillows.

This is the best of my ideas about design because suddenly I realized how it`s great to sit on my Zen-balcony, 21-th floor, tonight, with candles and music…

... and to drink tea here…

Tea change it`s taste in such atmosphere, and my tea-pot remains warm on the candle… I could feel every sound, every movement of air, and the fine taste, and beauty of my tea cups, and every time fire dances with shadows.

So peaceful place it is, so useful for yoga practice, so simple to rest me, so high over bustle and so close to my everyday life. I am happy.

And I ask myself why I didn`t design it before?..

Oh my god, I am happy to live till the weather turns sweet! It was the worst winter I`ve remember which made me depressive, weak and sad. I am a sun-person, a sea-person, I love sunshine and deep blue sky and clouds… I love night too with dark sky shimmers with stars… I physically reject cold and darkness as it was in winter… So when the weather becames +20 degrees with sun and new grass starts, I desire only to enjoy it, to drink light, to absorb it by all of my cells.
It seemes I become lazy, make less posts. Sorry, this is true; I barely sit on the computer to contact with my students. How boring virtual life seemes as I see the clouds and sky! I desire to be wear in sky and sea, not in words!
Nevetheless life never stops, duty never disappeares. I started several new paintings and practice more yoga and pranayama, read several books. Nevetheless the work is the first.

The weather that year is more then strange and today we`ve got snow. Oh my god! Why it`s not a volcano or meteorite???

The strongest wind blows near horizontal direction and snow flakes flyes thick and fast.  Sharp ice pricks skin, the wind  penetrates into people`s clothes and even dogs aren`t happy to have an everning walk.

As I see it from my 21 floor I am happy to be in safe and have no business outside.

Wow, today is the first day of Lunar New year!

Be happy, be creative, be free!

Many persons accustom themselves  to act, to realize many projects non-stop and to feel their business as the main part of the life usially don`t recognize ilnesses until they fill a strong signals of their bodies. As a typical workagolic I forget about everything during I work and so usially fill a disease only by pain, or temperature, or if it is injure (tipically in gym or in the kitchen).  Now I stant in front of the fact this is not the right way and so I must change my mind about the bodycare.

It was a big tideness, sometime felt as a body depression and loss of enegry prevented me from start of my new projects I considered. It was no refreshness after the rest or sleeping and no enthusiasm even for yoga and of course for big painting. I`ve realized the reason in my blood test  and this is the real thing I need to correct. My thyroid gland has an ideal structure but doesn`t produce enough hormone and this is the answer for everything. Now I learned that the ilnesses could creep quietly and show itself not directly but by implication. AS I desire to paint all of my thoughts I need to learn how to care the body and be responsive with it.

Well, today is the second day I have my medicine, have a lazy morning and now I`ve started a new seria of paintings. Long live health!

I`ve observed the sun eclipse here, in Moscow. This is the first time I see it. Sun was bigger and the shadow partly covered it. Through the curtains of my cabinet I could see how the shadow impended slowly, not in one direction, it collided with the disc of Sun and then a bit went back. At the main point of the eclipse Sun seemed as a half moon lying horns up. During the eclipse all clouds disappeared and now we have a clear sky and sunshine.

Several days we hawe a strange and beautiful situation here in Moscow. It seems as IceQueen conquers all city.

A week ago it was a sharp snow became a rain and strong cold wing together. During several hours snow became cold water covered all trees and froze immideately. It seemes as trees was prepared for a celebration of the New Year and ready to be beautify by lampions and Xmas garlands.

Every bruch of every tree was covered by strong ice package about 1,5-2 cm around, so every stick was overburdened.

Sticks and brunches is too heavy that the most part of trees and bushes in my district bent nearly horizontal position!

Just see that tree closer! It`s the state of every stick!

Several kind of the bushes are strong and it`s stiks are still vertical.

3-coloures ‘happy cat’  as we calls 3-colours cats takes cover here because nobody could find  way through iced bushes.

Most part of our trees  formed something like a tent. As a dog could find a way inside such ice- tent the master can`t do the same so our dogs are happy to have a place to hide. When  somebody  tryes to   insinuate here trees make a sound like crystal chandelier/

This is our new view. Have you ever see the same?

Well, tonight it is beautiful more than artificial decorations. Thay say trees will be alive in spring.

This is the strange period beween final hours of an Old Year and moment a New one starts. Just imagine: more then 6 milliards people accumulates their energy!

Collective unconsciousness of our Earth  is finalizing previous period and preparing to open a new one exectly that moment. I wish to everyone to do the same, because really new period should be clean from old things and stands on the strong base of you own progress. Something new grows from a previous, prepared by past, and we all want it to be fresh and full of a new energy and new hopes. I wish everyone be ready for it and enjoy it as a gift!

Happy New Year!

Several days ago I cought a cold and may be influenza. Today this is Ekadashi - the yoga feast, I still feel fever, ill and thinking how to live out my everning lectures. About an hour ago it was the ring from my institute with news then my everning lectures delayed and so I can enjoy my unexpectedly one-day holyday at home!
A small pleasant things come to us the right time is more pleasant then the biggest one in another time.
