Hello everybody, I`ve just started to participate one important Sustainable Development project in South Africa. I see passionate real doers who have power to make significant changes in the world.  I would like to make introduction how I do my project work and so you can learn something useful for yourself.

We all live in complicated world. People who tell you things are easy or offer you to think less typically want you to be deadly dependent from them (or anothers) in making decisions. You could feed them for ages just because they wisely converted all intelligent approachs to own favour. If you are OK with it, let it be.

If you want to be effective and efficient in short and long run, and have own ability to make questions and rule projects, just try to check the method I work and train it.

1st stage of Successful Project

From my first high education, it was Physics, and my first passion which was Math I learned how short descriptions can turn the thinking, decisions making and creation processes.

The first stage of any successful project is to understand what`s we really have, what`s we want, what`s condition could be added, what`s can be changed. If you are trained in mnemonics you can do it in your ming. But, honestly said, it is enough things to remember today. So it is better to write your ideas.

Flat word-by-word writing is not the best tool for it. You could stuck with smallest things, such as the first phrase, and stuck with the style, and other problems. Flat text has many limitations; first of them is it use our brain in not so effective manner. Our brain neuronetwork consists of billions connections between neurons which contains huge amount of information and can make thousands different combinations of it. MindMaps is the simple representative of such neuronetwork so it is very natural to thinking process. I started every project from MindMapping. On the picture above yu can see several real MindMaps I did for several projects. Of course it is the light version, because for my own work I use much more complicated with many branches and interconnections. But a simple MindMap can turn your work much better then pages of text.

So try to make something like MindMap for any simple idea or personal experience you have. No needs for special soft; you can do it by handwriting. Just feel the differencies between your unmapped experience and your ideas represent by MindMap. Using MindMaps you can speak with yourself by natural language.

2nd stage of Successful Project

I bet sometimes you make a really good looking plan and stuck with it`s beauty. Plans could mesmerise us with feeling of nearly ready project. This is one of the obstacles for people  who make plans well and become too much accurate with it. Life can bring more differencies, circumstances can be changed, input conditions and probable result too. Another people could be involved. All of it influences your plans.

If we are still at the 1st stage (planing and mapping), just make additional brunches to your MindMap, or do another one, or Mixed maps. This is the easiest changes that`s why all of us desired to know more at the planing stage.

However our life isn`t ideal so changes could come at any stage. That`s why this is the second stage of planing I call "Transition Zone".

Transition zone is the border between your planing (researchs, understanding) and implementation all of it into real life. What can we do with it? Dialogs helps to make transition well, sometimes it is better to complete all dialogs on the planing stage so it is different approachs. Different cases, different actions.

The same is your own mind ability to convert such abstract things as planing and mapping into real deeds. Such border is challenging. Many people stuck with it. Sometimes the MindMap is too much abstract so it seems as a huge gap between it and real life. So we should make some training to teach our mind how to transit the ideas into real life smoothly.

It can be trained in different manner appropriate to individual mind structures. I do it in my private coach practice. Also I make public several methods I use for myself, such as Drawings annamain.org/site/comments/creation_and_thinking_fire_style_water_style/.

Anyway, we train our mind to gum our Ideal Idea with real world conditions and make new product. Sometimes the Transition itself is the product, for example I train people how to make it.  You can try to train it by yourself because our mind has such algorithms naturally. Just it needs to develop the feeling of Transition Zone and feel it differently until the process becames smooth and easy.

3d stage of Successful Project

The result of your MindMapping and Transition should be real, skillful and flexible to be implemented in open systems. As we live in complicated world with so much challenges we should be ready to make different approachs to develop our product in different styles.

We are going to live in post-industrial world that`s why ideas has the first position. So it should be creative. As you can see, even serious businesses meet the nesessity to be more creative. CEO of big companies confess creativity as a part of strategic thinking. That`s why creativity should be the part of your future product, or implementation or your ideas. It can be in different forms. This is two ways in modern world: one - to be a narrow specialist and work persistantly in that field, second is to be interdisciplinary.

Having different education, skills and personal abilities (from technical to arts) I am multidimensional interdisciplinary specialist. So I can produce the result in different forms: writing, coaching, project work, arts etc. Actually while I am making a MindMap, my Transition Zone works and make mutli-dimentional result ready to translate into different "languages" (visual, text, actions).

How I love it!

It makes me to feel how Uiverse turns around. That`s why I suggest you to try more then you usually do.

So the Third stage of a project is Creative Implementation in choosen or different forms.

You are free to be creative inside plans to fulfill your project well and keep timing. You are restricted by resourses in natural way so it is normal to think in terms of limitation.

Let`s make some conclusions.

As I like information in different kinds, I did that Infographics to you. It represents how such processes develop. You can see yellow arrows links left and right sides of the picture. It represents the brain, social and informational processes which links two parts of project work continuously. That`s natural for our brain so it is good to have some training, may be self observation to catch how it goes on.

Sometimes people think they don`t do MindMaps and have zero in that field. However our mind is acting that way. If we have no access to own brainwork so have no chance to manage it. It remains us effective in short run, in operetional decisions, but we have to rethink more if situation changes. It costs time and energy, sometimes too much.

Having the whole process in our hands we can act more effective and efficient in short and long run. That`s why small training can help a lot. You can perform it right now, after you`ve finished the post, with fresh feelings. Just try it, just do it!

When we have something big to do, sometimes it`s complicated to dial with it. Especially in case we can`t change things if a mistake occures. So it needs right framework and right time.

Doing Corporate Lifecycle Art project in energies I found it needs to be done step by step. it needs an appropriate mood also.

How to feel energies if life around goes on in different way? This is not so rare circumstances, Sometimes we plane one thing but others call for our attention. So I designed new framework for it.

First, the project needs good planing and understanding. It was good I made the base researchs last year, painting the first part of the project. So now I`ve made complimentary analysis and compare neighbour points with each others. It needs to put information in visual images so it can be decoded.

Second, I tryes several new things in the technology of the process.

Third, I am waiting to the right time. I guess it`s near. Everything is ready.

What is the matter of right time? Everyone know, things like "Bad hair day" and similar are happens. It comes independently. Sometimes I think, good time and bad time is real forces somehow influence our plans. It seems like wind blows forward and opposit to our sail.

It seems  winds of possibilities blows differently for last two months. So I was waiting, being prepared. Waiting for the right time to continue my work. So I spent last two months doing nesessary things required: finish my Sustainable development course, doing projects and group work. It seems, now it is the right time to move forward with all of it.

All of our life we are influenced by natural powers. Invisible, indivertible it penetrate through our bodies as well as it shapes proceses in companies and societies. It make changes bases of natural rules and laws.

Should we deny it? It seems out of sense, the same as to deny gravitation and aging. Should we use it? Yes! As we know such forces we can use for progress the same way sailors of 17 century used power of wind to shape the world as we know it in novadays.

We can use natural energies for our purposes in predictable way. Our intelligence is the power which can use more mighty powers of nature and gains it`s benefits.

What is the base to manage it?

Knowledge.

As we have knowledge, we can overcome obstacles and think out of box, we can found new ways to use power of nature in better way. So knowledge should be melted with experience. That`s why detailed descriptions how forces works help us in our practical purposes.

As I am doing my Art project abour how Adizes Corporate Lifecycle represents in energies, I do my additional investigation. This is no way to paint something abstract. I deby that was as uncorrect, lack of knowledge. Being qualified by my double professional skills, both in art and management, I want to explain what exectly relresents a painting, why it`s so and how to use it. Yes, exectly: how to use it.

How to be applied, useful for a purpose, with proved result? This is the matter of the experience. "Every organization grows and develops according to a natural lifecycle, facing predictable problems at each stage along the way. Knowing where your organization is at on the corporate lifecycle can be critical to its success. " "

The good news is the method works in individual scale the same way as it workd for companies.

We live in so interesting time that technologies allows us to extend our feelings and knowledge. We can use images to take information from it. We can meditate (i.e. to switch on our subconsciousness computer) to gain more results in our quick decisions times.

That`s why I made investigation and consultation in every of my painting to reflect a business correctly.

So the result painting, being a piece of art, also play a role of carriers of information for business as well as personal life being a useful tool.

Investigating every subject I made my notes about it in order to enrich science, practice and arts with new direction, the base for practical thinking. It takes time, of course, and needs all of my professional skills.

Sometimes I delay a painting process to search for additional skills. For example, I`ve finished The Age of sustainable development course to understand how things goe on in planetary scale and what we, human beings, are going to do with our life. Now I want ome additional knowledge and take Neurobiology course. All of it additionally comes into an art project with practical recommendation how to use information encoded in a piece of arts. This is new direction in arts in general so I am the first in it. I plan to develop it into a world trend and prepared everything for it, to maintain such business process.

Now I am working with the Adizes Corporate Lifecycle, reread the book with marks and notes, with direct consultation by dr.Ichak Adizes.

I hope the result will be presented soon.

Hello everybody, as it was planned I shoot all things I paint in order to make a film. Oh my god, how it is hard! I feel less freedom because I have to think about degree of camera, about hands in  the frame etc the same time as I paint. Sometimes I berely drop the camera onto the wet painting!

So my new gorillapod helps me a lot with different angles and positions. Two times I had fun to place the camera with gorillapod on my shoulders and on my head. Lol! It was funny! Hopes I will make the film soon! Next post it will be the description of the fcompleted painting about the 0-1 points in Adizes corporate LifeCycle.

Today I can claim the first painting of 2014 year and the first position in Adizes LifeCycle curve Art project has officially finished!

It was several new technigues to try and mix with my base innovative style, so the work was so interesting as a kind of investigations.

Now I am starting to paint the whole LifeCycle in Energy view and then to start with United Nations Millenium goals.

Yesterday I started the new Coursera course Irrational Behaviour which made me deep sad because of naked truth which proves by all things I see around.

I see many things I am strongly against because it produces mass and chaos much more the right clear order.

Because they use a moment of personal power to ruin things much more beautiful and productive for many people.

Predators are acting the same style the same manner, just in different scales. Sometimes they cover their deeds by "common will" which is lie, because they never listen to people in democratic way, being afraid to lost power spreading to others in normal democratic process.

They use stolen phrases and words which covers it from people who are not vigiland for manipulations.

Sometimes they are drunk by power and possibilities they juat can`t handle in right way and ego demands to make unperfect actions and to harness people, also to trick just to save energy to own purposes.

If you think I am writing about Crimea crisis, it isn`t so.

I am a witness of the same process in small scale in which a good idea was occupied and controlled the same way as dictatorship comes in all regions all over the globe. It is sadness because actions bases on technically good will, but in fact dictatorship bases of ego and ignorance in all of modifications works for worse results. Just people don`t realize what`s going on. 

I feel pity to touch such things and I decided to cancel all of my group projects until I see people are ready to act as a adult intelligent persons with full responcibility in collaboration. All I see is the sure a very few people and good designed organizations only could work without a waste of resourses.

Such waste I can`t accept.

I am back to individual project as I always do. I am happy to keep such a kind of freedom which is treasure the same way as a life. 

I described each part of Corporate Lifecycle last year except the  last point. The reason is normally people afraid of it, when they should be frightened by previous point, the Beaurocracy. Let`s have a glance why it happens and how.

From Beaurocracy   to the Death 

Nobody likes pain, disfunction, lack of capacity and the vision of the end. But in fact this is the description of the Beaurocracy point annamain.org/site/comments/9_point_of_corporate_lifecycle/

The last point, the death seems as a something so unusual and strange people imagined much more then it really is. Just remember how a hell described in many religions so it becomes a kind of programming. That`s why it is not so easy to pay attention how to make the 9 point (Beaurocracy) shorter and prepare the 10th point (the Death) better way.

The point is how to finish a process better way. As we agree nothing could be immortal and every matherial thing governs by natural laws,to prepare to the end is the same important process as prepare to the beginning. Many common points and links are between that two positions of life. In right way it needs to meet Founders and the Idea together. At the beginning they starts to communicate to provide an Idea from ethernity to the real life. At the last point this is the link too, with another meaning.

To finish something in right way meant to remember how it was done. Sometimes in details, sometimes in general. What was really done?

At the beginning the picture is unclear. The way to implement an Idea in reality is painful sometimes. It takes a lot of energy, a lot of struggle. It can be traitory, anxiety, pleasures, strong emotions, calculations, new people, old people… All in one. Very well mixed coctail of squizzed time from the first glance. If you don`t afraid of it,  you can come closer to the answer.

In many meditative practices it calls "eye of storm".  Among chaos it will be a clear place with full understanding what was the idea in ideal world, what was it`s implementation. Right and wrong decisions reveals that way.

That time for a moment fears passes away. Then you feel freedom. From what? From fears and anxiety. No pain. No hurry. Everything has finished. Right or wrong it has happened.

That kind of freedom is the blessing the same way as clear vision a future project. That two points of the LifeCycle curve is the same.

Furthermore, when you feel such freedom and made everything done, the next visions became more clear.

That`s why good start doesn`t mean the same good result. But the ability to finish things right way, with final report to ourselve, means any future activity will be better then previous.
